WHEN IT COMES TO BOATING AND SWIMMING YOU CAN'T BEAT THIS CONVENIENCE

What a great place for someone who needs to entertain for business, or just likes to entertain! The large front yard and decks accommodate lots of people. The permanent pavilion boasts a fireplace, sound-system, buffet bar, and party lighting. Two large sheds on the property provides tons of storage for entertainment paraphernalia. We just had a neighbor's 60th birthday party replete with a live band!

The First Energy Dam is about a mile due south from here and makes Sycamore Shore very unique from other homes on the river in several ways. The first is the depth the water is here--up to 20 feet deep--making it a perfect spot for swimming and boating. Second, because of the unusual gentle slope of the shore there are two large boat ramps on the property. No more sitting in line at the public boat ramp! Third, the deep water and shore pockets make fishing, even from the lengthy docks, very enjoyable. The natural springs directly in front of the property and underwater keep this lazy river cool in the summer. If you prefer your boat without a motor, then enjoy the 12-foot aluminum canoe left behind.

Folks from the area understand the uniqueness of this particular property and I feel privileged to have been the steward.
