Navigation: This is my very first blog, so the architecture is not optimum. This house is being sold furnished and all that you see in the photos for the main floor convey with the exception of some of the framed prints. Items will be marked when you visit so that you will know exactly what conveys and what does not. Move in will be turn-key right down to the electric can opener and several TVs and stereo.
You will adore eating and lounging in the great room surrounded by picture windows toward the river and the granite edifice out the side windows. This property is famous among many of the locals in the area as being the most beautiful. All furnishings on this floor convey as well as a completely stocked kitchen...right down to the pots and pans hanging on the rack. Even the wrought iron table set on the main deck with umbrella conveys. Towels and sheets convey as well. Vacuums and other appliances galore. There are 12 yard chairs and gas grill. What a way to end the day with a BBQ dinner on the deck...which, by the way, goes all the way up the mountainette.
For your information, much work has been done to this house during my ownership to get it up-to-speed. It is in move-in condition.
