Everyone who has come out to visit expresses the same observation, "the topography does not convey well in photographs!" So here is a little description to help you put the image puzzle pieces together. The river is in front, next is the flat front yard, a one-lane road, my azalea bed, then the front of the house. From there the house and decking are against the most amazing granite edifice. Climb from inside or outside, then continue up the stairs to the very top of the hill and a small deck to see the most amazing view regardless of the season. By the way, there are only 8 houses past this one, so traffic is negligible. As a matter of fact half of the owners I wouldn't recognize if I saw them because they rarely visit...the others are very friendly and helpful.
